The high energy molecule formed at the end of cellular respiration is called ATP or Adenosine triphosphate. The main function of ATP is to transfer chemical energy within the cell for the purpose of metabolism. It is not only the end product for cellular respiration, but also the end products for fermentation and photo phosphorylation.
