This circle is given in standard form [tex](x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex], where [tex](h, k)[/tex] is the ordered pair for the center of the circle.

Notice that in the equation, we have [tex]-h[/tex] and [tex]-k[/tex]. When writing the ordered pair alone, we have to remember to flip the sign.

Therefore, we have [tex](5, -3)[/tex].
