lack of nighttime hours
not enough gas
Lack of nighttime hours prevent the soldiers on the attack to fight on their prime condition, which make them feel overwhelmed during the battle.
The lack of gas was caused to the failing calculation that US made to predict the distance between the two countries at that time.
