I believe it would be Department for the Aging's Grandparent Resource Center (GRC)
This departement not only give phsyical care to the seniors, but also created several programs to help the seniors deal with their psychological development. Currently , the Department for the Aging's Grandparent Resource Center has taken around 100,000 Elderly in their care
