Use quotient rule:
[tex]\frac{f'g-fg'}{g^2} [/tex]

[tex]f = x^3 -2x^2+3 \\ \\ f' = 3x^2 -4x \\ \\ g = x^2 \\ \\ g' = 2x[/tex]

Substituting everything in:

[tex]=\frac{(3x^2-4x)(x^2) - (x^3 -2x^2+3)(2x)}{(x^2)^2} \\ \\ =\frac{x^4-6x}{x^4}[/tex]
