the function is f(7), a= 7 i think this is right

f(a) =-2a^2-5a+4
so
f(-3) = -2(-3)^2  -5(-3) + 4
f(-3) = -2(9) + 15 + 4
f(-3) = -18 + 19
f(-3) = 1
