the rhetors(people trying to persuade) are trying to convince the audience(targets of persuasion)that recycling is a better thing to do.
The rhetors need logic in order to prove their statement and we know that there are three types of rhetors: ethos, pathos, and logos ethos are a more audience focused group so not that. Pathos try to aim for emotions so not that, which means the answer is logos. hope this helps!
