the shaded region is above the line so it would be y> so then the equation is y=4x+2 since the graph has a y intercept of 2 and a slope of four

I am assuming u just forgot to put equal signs in ur problem (along with the inequality sign)....because ur graph has a solid line.

u have a positive slope...and shading is above the line...so that means greater then

ur answer is : y > = 4x + 2
