Plug x = -3 into g(x). Then use the order of operations (PEMDAS) to evaluate.

g(x) = x^2 - 3x
g(x) = (x)^2 - 3*(x)
g(-3) = (-3)^2 - 3*(-3) ... every x is replaced with -3
g(-3) = 9 - 3*(-3)
g(-3) = 9 + 9
g(-3) = 18

Answer: 18
