A wire of 3Ω resistance and 15 cm length is stretched to 45 cm length. Calculate the new cross sectional area.

R = rho *(L/A)

as rho is fixed , so
for fixed resistance, L is inversely propostional to A

so, new cross sectional area will be 1/3 time of actual one..
