Using the Law of Sines
a / sine A = c / sine C
9 / 0.70711 = 11 / sine C
sine C = 11 * 0.70711 / 9
sine C = 0.8642455556
Angle C = arc sine ( 0.8642455556 )
arc sine ( 0.8642455556 ) = 59.796

answer is C
