my suggestion would be to break it down into 3 rectangles.

the top being 9mm x 13mm = 117mm^2
the middle being 2mm x 11mm = 22mm^2
the bottom being 4mm x 6mm = 24mm^2

and add them up

For a total of 163mm^2
