comparing to circle equation
(x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2 we get

Center of the circle (h,k) = (9 ,6 )

or (-9,6) If the original equation is (x-9)^2 + (y-6)^2 =102

Please leave a like If it helps :)
