Is (-3,11) a solution to the system of equation shown below.
x-3y=36
3x+4y=48
Explain your answer please.

no, when you substitute it into the first equation for x and y it does not equal 36 this it's not a solution

(-3)-(3)(11)=36
-3-33=36
-36 =/ 36
