Answer: No it would!

Step-by-step explanation: It would not because say on the number line it is 40 and 50 and the number on the number line is 45 it will go to 50 because its closer and because anything on a number line that is 2 digits and equals 5 it will go to the next number so it will go up and not down but if its under 5 and its 43 it will go to 40 because its closer to 40. If you get what I'm trying to say:) But no it would not
