Each Behavior Style approaches Planning and Organizing differently. The way an Involver begins to approach Planning and Organizing is "he identifies needed tasks."
When you have an Involver in your organization, you are going to have a person who likes to take the initiative, who likes to be participating trying to add something positive to the table. The Involver is going to find what is needed to do before the boss tells him so and he is going to be a team member that likes to cooperate. He does not have a big ego and knows he has a role to play in the general scheme or the team and the plan.
