Settlers do plantation of cash crop in order to increase their wealth because there is huge demand for cash crops such as tobacco which they sell at high prices and as a result there is an increase occur in their wealth. Some settlers also work in mining activities and from this mining they get valuable resources which is also sell in good prices due to their demands.
