you have to count the x and y variables so 1 is one up from the x and 2 right because its positive and 3 is right because its positive also if I get it wrong I'm sorry
A why? Because the y intercept is 3 and if you see B & D don’t have the 3 as a y intercept & 1/2x is a positive slope so if you see C the line is going/pointing down ,which that makes it negative & A is the going up/positive
