21 I believe.
30x0=0
20+1=21
30x0+20+1=21

"20+30x0+1=?"

First we do multiplication since there are no parentheses or exponents
30x0=0

Now we have;
20+0+1=?

So since there is no division we can just add the three terms to get a total of "21" ! (and that is your final answer since there's no subtraction) .
