on December 16th, 1773 one hundred colonists dressed up as native Americans and boarded three merchant ships and dumped 342 chests of tea into pearl harbor. Three ships had arrived with tea between November 28 through December 15. In conclusion the sons of liberty rearranged that the ships were no longer able to return into england. The sons of liberty than came up with a (secret) plan to destroy all the tea.
