12 is not canadian
so 12/15 which simplifies to 4/5 or 80% of choosing a non Canadian coin

15 pennies total.....3 are Canadian...so (15 - 3) = 12 are not Canadian.

P(not Canadian) = 12/15 reduces to 4/5
