Everyone has their different opinions on this question (which makes it so bias) however, morally, yes of course it should! One question, how would you feel being treated as a maimed animal when you are human; like everyone else? Whether you believe in God or not he created man to be an owner over animals not be the animal. It is a disgusting thing to be so hateful to any race of people.
