Heterozygous means that the genotypes is a mixture of genes:
Let’s say that:
Parent one has the gene - Bb
Parent two has the gene Bb

B b
B BB Bb
b Bb bb

Therefore the ratio is:
BB:Bb:bb
=1:2:1
