In total, Tom jogged 14/15th of a mile.

To find this, we need to give them common denominators.

3/5 = 18/30

2/6 = 10/30

Now we can add them together.

18/30 + 10/30 = 28/30

Now we can simplify this by a factor of 2.

28/30 = 14/15
