Chargaff's law is a rule that in  DNA there is always equality in quantity between the bases A(adenine) and T(thymine) and between bases G(guanine) and C(cytosine). They were discovered by Austrian chemist named Erwin Chargaff. Composition of DNA varies from one species to another.
