Y = mx + b

M = slope
B = slope intercept

Y = 21x + b

Lets substitute the values of ( 5,6 ) in the equation in place of x and y

6 = 21•5 + b

6 = 105 + b

B = -99

Slope intercept is -99

If we put it in total, we get,

Y = 21x - 99

Hope my answer helps!
